Elys Brewda is the Executive Director of A.C.E. Learning Solutions. For more than 20 years she has assisted organizations in maintaining a competitive edge through the development of their workforces.

As a result of her influence, people in the organization become highly skilled at relationship-building interpersonally, inter-departmentally, and with external customers, improving the quality of life for their members and customers.

Elys earned an M.A. degree in Organization Development and a B.A. degree in Human Resource Development. Her professional experience includes training facilitation, consulting, program design, plus performance coaching and professional development for trainers.
